In 2020, our expert team was commissioned to perform critical on-site transformer oil processing at a major substation in Shandong, China. The task: to ensure the reliability of two 550kV extra-high voltage transformers during routine maintenance.

We deployed our high-capacity 18000LPH ZYD-300 double stage vacuum transformer oil purifier, supported by two of our experienced field engineers. This industrial-grade unit was specifically chosen for its ability to efficiently remove dissolved water, free and dissolved gases, and solid particles from the insulating oil.

The operation was a complete success. The oil’s dielectric strength was significantly improved, restoring it to exceed IEC standards and guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the client’s power grid with minimal downtime.
